Return of New Goods If a customer wishes to cancel an order, we shall, in line with DSR, refund any payment made by the customer less any shipping costs incurred to us - COST DEDUCTED WILL BE £7.50 inc vat.
Please do not return faulty items to us without contacting us first. We will advise of a returns number once you have spoken to us which should be included on a brief note inside the box including your name, order number and date of purchase when returning any items.
We are happy to accept returns of products within 7 working days that are not wanted, damaged or not working upon delivery subject to the following conditions below being met upon their return to us.
Returns of Unwanted Items
The following legal conditions apply to consumers as defined in the Consumer Protection Act - Distance Selling Regulations 2000. The customer shall, subject to the terms set out in this section, have the right to cancel an order within 7 working days from the date of delivery provided that he/she gives written notice of such cancellation.
This payment will be made within 28 days from the day on which you gave written notice of cancellation to us by e-mail.
We reserve the right not to accept returns of or refund unwanted items if the goods have been deemed by us as misused or damaged by you the customer once opened including cable pouches, torn manuals, ripped boxes, missing packaging etc. Goods must be returned in their original boxes, with all accessories, manuals and cables intact and the internal or external packaging should not be defaced, missing or damaged in any way.
Please do not write on the boxes or reseal using gaffa tape etc. Please use another outer box or ask the courier to bag it.
You will not be entitled to a refund if you the customer do not take reasonable care, use the goods or misuse/drop or mishandle the goods either prior to cancellation of the order or, after cancellation has been requested.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items, or will be responsible for the direct cost of our collection of such items.
*SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS OR DIRECT FROM SUPPLIER ITEMS -
We are happy to accept returns of these items but you the customer will be responsible for return postage costs and these items will also incur a 20% restocking fee per item or as a percentage of the total amount paid if a complete order is returned.
Returns of Faulty Items upon Delivery
If the item is returned to us and found to be defective within 7 working days of delivery, we will re-imburse the original amount paid for delivery if we have not recovered the item ourselves, taking into account the item returned and will be in line to the original order placed.
We reserve the right not to accept returns of faulty items if the goods have not been returned to us in the as new condition in which they were dispatched and will be deemed by us as misused or damaged by you the customer once opened or in use.
We will refuse to exchange or refund goods arriving back to us with the following conditions: external/internal damage to any casing, housing or feature of the product [which has not been caused by our courier company in transit] internal/external water or liquid damage, or if there is damage to cable pouches, torn manuals, accessories or if the packaging has been ripped or written on.
