Buying from Us
Our system will send you a confirmation email following an order being placed. At this point we have only confirmed the receipt of your order, this does not mean we have entered into any contractual obligations. A contract will be in force once we are happy with all aspects of security regarding every order, and also we are only human so for whatever reason if an error has been made on an item's pricing, or we have under-sold goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular item we will inform you immediately.
Should there be a pricing error, we will contact you to ensure that the price is acceptable before proceeding.
We reserve the right to hold any order for security checks and we will ask that additional security is provided. This could be a passport, house utility bill etc which should be e-mailed to us before any goods are dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order if this information is not sufficient or has not met our strict security policy. [see security policy section]
Prices are displayed including VAT at 20% and is charged to all customers buying within the European Union (EU).
All product descriptions, pictures and measurements given are supplied by the manufacturers and may be subject to manufacturer's changes. We reserve the right to alter any specifications, product or price without notice and at any time. 3D Secure Payments
We use this scheme developed by Visa & Mastercard to aid retailers and consumers when ordering over the internet. It is highly secure and is designed to add an additional level of payment security.
3D Secure - What is it?
This system optionally requires you to register a password against your card. This works in much the same way as your pin number when using a cash machine. The 3D secure window you will see is not part of udmdj.co.uk - it is automatically generated by your credit card company, who will request you to either enroll or enter your previously stored password for verification.
Only you will know the password and it is not stored anywhere - so if someone did steal your card it is unlikely they will know your password and therefore will not be able to use your card!
More info?
For more information visit the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode websites.
My Payment has been Declined?
Our payment gateway uses the most advanced online security available to verify your details and approve your card.
This includes authorising your payment in real time while you're checking out and we will take payment in advance to verify you are the real cardholder and to secure the goods you require.
If you receive a message upon checking out that we cannot authorise your transaction it's because you have filled out some information incorrectly so your bank have refused to authorise your card.
TIP: to successfully authorise your order ALL of the information you provide has to be correct -
1/ card number 2/ expiry date 3/ start date 4/ 3 digit security code number 5/ cardholding address and postcode must be the same as it appears on your card statement.
Without all the above information being correct your order will be declined.
Creating an Account?
You can either use the express checkout route and you do not have to create an account this way.
Or you can create an account with us to capture your delivery information, email address and telephone numbers. It takes only a few minutes and is completely secure. We do not pass these details to anyone - rest assured.
This helps us to provide excellent service and informed advice regarding your purchases.
Each time you log-in to your account area you will be able to access other features of your account including amending your delivery details or mails etc, previous purchases, options to receive exclusive discount codes via e-mail, events, promotions and offers and more.
Purchase Invoices?
We issue a VAT invoice with every purchase.
Your order can also be viewed in your account area by date and we have a complete record of all purchases [not including your card details] so in the unlikely event you need to make a warranty claim we know when your warranty is in force or expires.
