Delivery to Europe: is subject to security checks which may delay your order. We are unable to deliver to some islands and some remote locations.
We advise you to ensure somebody be present at the delivery address when you expect your items since all items require a signature upon delivery. We do not accept any responsibility if the courier/postal service do not deliver on time for whatever reason.
All claims for 'Transit Damage' upon delivery must be made with 48hrs of taking delivery and the item MUST be signed for as 'DAMAGED' so that we can claim for compensation with our courier on your behalf. If the goods are signed for as 'arrived in good condition' we cannot proceed with any claims for compensation.
If your order is returned to us UNDELIVERED / NOT COLLECTED you will be held responsible and charged for all re-shipping costs.
Parcels do sometimes go missing but dont panic, our customer support is waiting to help. We send a "confirmation of dispatch" e-mail with every order when it's on its way to you.

For parcel loss/theft or missing claims we will only resend or refund the cost of the order once the maximum delivery times stated above have passed and we have been able to either locate and recover goods or confirm compensation claims from our couriers in all other circumstances.
